Crowd Casserole

Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (12 ounce size) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 1 can French fried onion rings (optional)
Brown mean and add onions. Cook until tender, but not brown. Add next six ingredients. Mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Sprinkle the onion rings on the last 10 minutes of baking.
