2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 small onion, sliced
1 (10.75 oz) can broccoli cheese soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 Tbsp black pepper
4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4" thick
chopped fresh parsley


1. In a 10 inch skillet, heat the margarine over medium heat and cook the onion until tender.
2. Add the soup,milk, pepper, and potatoes. Heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot.
3. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
