1 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
6 cinnamon sticks, or more to taste
1 pinch apple pie spice
1 (750 ml) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol
1 (750 ml) bottle 100 proof vodka
cheese cloth


1. Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, apple pie spice and cinnamon sticks in a large pot; bring to almost a boil. Cover pot with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for about 1 hour.
2. Remove pot from heat and cool completely.
3. Stir grain alcohol and vodka into syrup and remove cinnamon sticks.
4. Pour apple pie moonshine into clean glass jars or bottles. Store in the refrigerator. Let sit for 2-4 weeks then enjoy.

***Note***
Try putting a 1/2 cinnamon stick in each container if you like more cinnamon taste.
