10 candy canes, crushed
12 oz dark chocolate chips, melted
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
8 oz white chocolate chips, melted


1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine dark chocolate with peppermint extract and spread the mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
3. Place in refrigerator to harden the candy quickly.
4. Once dark chocolate has hardened, spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the top of the dark chocolate and quickly sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the white chocolate.
5. Place back in fridge to harden.
6. Break bark into 24 pieces and store in a air-tight container in a cool place.
