Category: Casseroles
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:   1 hour

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2½ cups spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 oz pasta of choice (elbow, rotini, or egg noodles)
6 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 cup sour cream
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9”x13” casserole dish.
2. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain. Wipe out skillet and put the beef and onions back in the skillet along with the spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes longer.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions (I like mine done al dente). Drain pasta and put into the casserole dish. Mix the cream cheese and the sour cream together in a small bowl. Spread this over the pasta, and then spread the meat sauce over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
