INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened (do not use low fat or fat free)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Lite Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust (or Oreo/chocolate crust)
Handful of Nestle morsels--mini size
DIRECTIONS:
Combine first 4 ingredients; blend until smooth using low setting on hand blender
Fold in cool whip with spatula
Pour into crust. Sprinkle with morsels
Freeze before serving, preferably overnight
If using 8-inch pie crust, there will be some left over. Pour into pyrex custard cup and freeze this too.
