Makes: 300ml/10 fl oz

Ingredients:

55g/2 oz fresh parsley,chopped finely
2 garlic cloves, crushed
55g/2 oz pine kernels, crushed
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
55g/2 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese
150ml/5 fl oz olive oil
White pepper

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and process for 2 minutes.
Season with white pepper, transfer to a jug, cover and chill until ready to use.

Tip:
For better consistancy add the Olive oil alternately into the processor.
