Peach Cobbler:

1 large can of peaches (heavy syrup)
1 small can of peaches (if you like it with more liquid) optional
1 stick butter
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar

Place stick of butter in 9 x 12 baking dish. Put in 350 degree oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients except the fruit. Pour into dish with melted butter. Place fruit on top (including the juice), but do not stir. Bake in oven until crusty, about 30-35 minutes. Serves 6-8
