Ready in: > 5 hrs

  • 1 tub spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (grated finely)
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 3/4 cup hot salsa (can substitute with mild)
  • 2 tablespoons vodka (can substitute with milk)
  • 6 soft flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Mix everything and spread 1/4 cup on each shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll up tightly and wrap each roll separately in Saran wrap.

Refrigerate overnight.

Cut into slices and serve.
