- 1 tub spreadable cream cheese
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (grated finely)
- 2 chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup hot salsa (can substitute with mild)
- 2 tablespoons vodka (can substitute with milk)
- 6 soft flour tortillas (10-inch size)
Mix everything and spread 1/4 cup on each shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll up tightly and wrap each roll separately in Saran wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into slices and serve.
