1 bottle Marjoram
1 bottle Thyme
1 bottle Oregano
1/2 bottle crushed Rosemary
Place all ingredients in a seal-able container. I use a pint-size canning jar, although I do not "can" the mix. Shake to mix.
Note: It doesn't really matter what size bottle you use, as long as they each contain the same amount.
Uses: A commonly used seasoning mix in Provincial France, it's best on meats and seafood, although it's also wonderful on potatoes and in salad dressings. Don't be afraid to experiment and have fun with it.
