Prep Time: Cook Time: Total Time:
2 cups Parmesan cheese
8 ozs. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
2 beaten eggs
3 Tablespoons butter
Mix together until well-blended. Pour onto a greased pie plate or pizza pan with edges high enough to hold in the mix, then bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
This makes your "pre-made" pizza crust. Now you add your favorite pizza toppings. To keep it low carb you'll want to avoid bottled marinara sauces as they usually have sugar unless otherwise stated. Instead, make your own marinara using tomato sauce or paste, or even tomato puree topped with Italian seasonings. You may choose an Alfredo sauce if you prefer.
Then top with your favorite per-cooked pizza toppings such as: Pepperoni, sausage, Italian sausage, bacon, Canadian bacon, ground beef, green olives, ripe olives, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, mushrooms... Then for your final layer, top with grated Mozzarella cheese, or a mix of white cheeses.
Return the pizza to the oven just long enough to warm the sauce and melt the cheese.
