This is ridiculously good. I have used it for a topping for my homemade ravioli, for veggie dip, for grilled veggies.

1 cup walnuts (raw is best)
2 to 4 garlic cloves (this is powerful and two cloves, maybe one, is best)
1 tablespoon tamari sauce (a type of soy sauce...soy would work too)
1/4 to 1/2 cup water, for desired consistency

Combine the walnuts, garlic, and tamari in food processor and blend, adding the water until the desired texture is reached, more water for thinner dressings, less water for a thicker dip. The more it is blended will turn white and creamy.
