3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 8oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs & oil. Stir until moist, but do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas. Pour into 3 greased & floured round cake pans.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Combine cream cheese and margarine. Cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
