1 box yellow, white or chocolate cake mix
1 15oz. can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
Mix together, it will be thick. Paper line cupcake pan and bake at the temperature on the cake mix box. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes. Check for center to spring back to know when they are done.....Delicious and moist. Makes 12 muffins.
* I use sugar free cake mix
* May also put some nuts or raisins in them
