Six Slices bread
Butter
6 Eggs
100 grams Diced Bacon (2-3 Rashers)

Remove crusts from bread and butter one side out to the edges, slide slices gently into a 6 muffin tin butter side down. Evenly distribute bacon into the base of each of the bread case to your liking, break an egg into each one. You can pop more bacon on top if you wish. Optional toppings can be dill, chilli, capsicum, you are only limited by your imagination. Bake in an oven 350deg F for 15-20 minutes or until they are set. Great hot or cold.
