- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into 8X8\" pan. Make 2 depressions in the dry ingredients. 1 for each: oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over all and mix thoroughly with a fork to moisten all ingredients. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
