  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chilled, drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 envelope dream whip
  • chopped nuts optional

Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and dream whip in a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in the pineapple.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pie shell. Sprinkle with nuts.

Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 30-60 minutes before serving.
