1/2 cup butter/margarine
1 onion diced
1 cup celery chopped
4 cups chicken broth or 2 cubes bullion/water
3 potatoes diced
1 bag frozen corn
3 tblsp flour
1-2 cans evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste

Saute celery & onion Then add chicken broth and corn and potatoes.
Cook till potatoes are tender.
Whisk flour into evap. milk or small amount of water. Add to soup and then add remaining condensed milk. Salt & pepper to taste.
Add more liquid if needed and simmer for 5-10 minutes (longer if too thin)
