1 lb chicken (substitute beef if desired)
16 oz can pinto beans
4 oz can diced green chiles
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz can Old El Paso Hot enchilada sauce
1 pkg. Kraft shredded mexican w/jalepenos
1/4 cup jalepenos-fresh chopped, or from jar
4-5 Tortillas (cut into 1 inch squares)

1) cut chicken into bite sized pieces, boil chicken about 10 minutes
2) in bowl combine chicken, sauce and beans
3) in separate bowl combine, cheese, soup, chiles and jalepenos
4) cut tortillas into approximately 1" squares
5) Mix all together in casserole dish
5) bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
