Serves 6

6 baking potatoes
6 (1/4 inch thick) onion slices
6 slices green pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
pepper to taste
6 Tbsp chicken broth

Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Place onion and green pepper slice between halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Place on foil. Drizzle 1 Tbsp broth over each. Seal foil tightly. Bake at 425 F for 1 hour or until tender.
