Serves 12

florets of 1 medium head cauliflower
florets of 1 medium bunch broccoli
3 medium zucchini, diagonally sliced
1 pt cherry tomatoes
2 cups whole fresh mushrooms
1 (7 oz) can pitted black olives, drained
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups reduced calorie Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Chill, covered, for 6 hours to overnight.
