1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb fish fillets
Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt in bowl; mix well. Roll fish in butter. Coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in remaining butter in dish. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
