1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 egg yolks
1 cup bananas mashed
pinch salt
vanilla
2 cups flour
5 Tbsp sour milk
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
Cream sugar and butter; add yolks and bananas, mix well. Add salt, vanilla, flour, soda, baking powder then sour milk. Beat whites stiff; add last, fold in. Bake in slow oven about 300 F. Use a 13x9 inch pan. Cover with hot lemon sauce.
