Makes 2 layers and 12 cup cakes
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
3 tsp soda (dissolved in a little warm water)
6 crushed bananas
1 Tbsp vanilla
ICING:
2 crushed bananas
1 box XXXX sugar
1 stick margarine
chopped pecans
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and flour; then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 F.
ICING: Cream XXXX sugar and margarine. Add bananas and ice cake. Top with chopped pecans.
