Serves 10

1/2 cup white raisins
3 cups mixed canned fruit(peaches, pineapples, and apricots)
2 oranges, rind included, sliced thin
SAUCE:
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick oleo
3 Tbsp rounded flour
1 cup juice from fruits

Soak raisins in warm water until plump. Pour off water. Cut fruit into chunk and drain. Cook orange slices until tender in small amount of water. Melt oleo. Add sugar and flour. Add pieces and stir and cook until thick. Stir into fruit and put in casserole. May keep in refrigerator before cooking. Bake at 350 F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
