2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp oil
In bowl mix well flour, oats, baking powder, salt and soda. Set aside. Beat egg, sugar, applesauce, water and oil until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Turn into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 F oven 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to rack. Cool completely.
