1/2 to 1 medium sized peppermint stick, or two after dinner (non chocolate mints)
1 orange, peeled and diced
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 drops green food coloring
1 cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender; cover; blend well. Add ice and blend again until ice is melted. Pour into glasses.
