Serves 4-6

1 lb ground sausage
1 cup celery, diced
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
14 oz can chicken broth

Brown together sausage, celery and onion until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Combine with rice and broth in a greased 13x9” baking pan; cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
