Serves 15
2 lbs hot sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 cup rice crispies
2 cups sharp cheese, grated
2 cups celery soup
6 eggs, beaten
Brown sausage and onion together, crumbling sausage well. Drain. Add cheese, soup and eggs to sausage. Place half of mixture in rectangular baking dish and top with 1 cup of crispies. Place rest of sausage over this layer and place other cup of crispies on top, pressing crispies into mixture. Bake 40 minutes in 350 F oven. Can be made the night before.
