Serves 24
Ready in 2 hours 40 minutes

1 1/2 cups Sugar
2/3 cup CARNATION Evaporated milk
2 Tbsp Butter (or margarine)
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1 1/2 cups Semi sweet chocolate morsels (* see cooks note)
1 cup Peanut butter (chunky or regular)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Peanuts, plain (chopped)

COOKS NOTE: If Nestlé Toll House Semi sweet morsels are not available in your area you can use a dark/plain Nestlé Chocolate to replace them. Select a Nestlé chocolate with 45-55% cocoa solids. Chop the chocolate into small pieces before using in the recipe
Line an 8 inch/20cm square baking pan with kitchen foil.
Combine the sugar, Nestlé Carnation Evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium, heavy-based (heavy duty) saucepan. Stir well and bring to a full rolling boil over a medium heat stirring constantly.
Boil, stirring all the time, for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the marshmallows, Nestlé Toll House morsels or chopped Nestlé Chocolate, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until the marshmallows are melted.
Pour into the prepared pan, spreading the mixture evenly in the pan. All to cool for a minute before topping with the chopped peanuts - press them lightly onto the surface.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from the pan, remove the foil and cut into 48 pieces.
