2 Tbsp oil
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup raisins
Stir oil into peanut butter; stir in sugar. Add oats; mix well and spread on 2 baking sheets. Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven; add raising. Use as cereal or snack.
NOTE: If using microwave, cook on HIGH power for 8 minutes. 1/4 cup wheat germ or bran may be added for more fiber; 1/4 to 1/2 cup sunflower seeds are good added to this recipe. Dates and coconut may be added (1/4 to 1/2 cup); according to taste.
