This is a cross between a pizza and a meatloaf. I know it sounds weird, but it has become one of my families favorites!
Toppings can be as varied as your families tastes!
Consider making "individual pizza meat loafs" using a large muffin tin or mini pie plates.
The mini pie plates are disposable and save you some dish washin time!
Serves 4-6
1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef or turkey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
