This is a cross between a pizza and a meatloaf. I know it sounds weird, but it has become one of my families favorites!
Toppings can be as varied as your families tastes!
Consider making "individual pizza meat loafs" using a large muffin tin or mini pie plates.
The mini pie plates are disposable and save you some dish washin time!

Serves 4-6
1 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef or turkey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheese blend, mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, provolone.
1 small can fried onions
1 (4oz)can of mushrooms
1/2 cup pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced black olives-optional
1 red pepper cleaned and sliced
1 1/2 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl mix the ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt bread crumbs and egg. Mix until blended but do not over mix.
Spread meat mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8x8" pan.
Spread the sauce over the meat mixture and then put on desired toppings.
Sprinkle cheese over the meat.
Sprinkle the canned fried onions.
Bake for 35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
Let stand for 5 minutes
