This is SOOO easy and it was gone in a lick at our breakfast buffet this morning!

Serves 6
1 (12 oz) tube of buttermilk biscuits.
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
2 cups of cooked chicken-diced, strips or torn into chunks-rotisserie chicken works great in this.
1 cup of favorite BBQ sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions-optional
3/4 cup cheese whiz-melted so it's pourable

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease the bottom of a 8x8" baking dish
Open tube of biscuits and separate them.
Layer them in a single layer on the bottom of the grease baking dish. You may have to tear a few into pieces to fit into the sides and corners.
Pour the melted butter over the biscuits.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the buttered biscuits.
Layer the cooked chicken over the cheese.
Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken.
Pour the melted cheese whiz over the chicken
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits in the middle are cooked through.
Remove foil to brown top for the last 5-10 minutes.
Serve!
