Makes 3 cups.

2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Old Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 10-oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 3-oz. pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
minced fresh parsley
assorted crackers

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, mushrooms and dressing mix.; spoon into pie plate and spread evenly.
Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with parsley; serve with crackers.
