2-3 pounds venison cut in steaks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can of water
1/2 cup flour
1 cup cooking oil
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 bell pepper
Dredge steaks in seasoned flour. In small amount of cooking oil, brown on both sides and place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 4-6 hours on medium heat. Serve over rice.

Crockpot Venison
This dish may be served over any pasta, we served it over a large macaroni pasta. It also would be good over wild rice, yellow rice, or white rice. There is a creamy gravy with this dish and is hearty!
