1 lb round steak, tenderized & cubed
2 large yellow squash sliced
1/2 bell pepper chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion diced
2 large potatoes sliced
2 heaping TBS Crunchy peanut butter

Season steak and lightly flour and brown steak. I use an iron skillet. Make a circle with pieces of steak around edges of pan leaving middle open. Add peanut butter to middle of pan. As it begins to melt, stir to coat steak with peanut butter. Add onion and potatoes and cook on low heat until potatoes are almost done. Add squash and continue to cook until squash is done.
Serve over wild rice
