INGREDIENTS
1 of your favorite angel food cake recipes...or premade
2 large tubs of coolwhip
1 6 serving package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 4 serving package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1-2 cartons of fresh strawberries(sliced)save 5 unsliced
1-2 cartons of fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
-make your angel food cake and let cool
-while cake is coolin mix both tubs of coolwhip with the 2 packages of pudding mix;set aside
-wash you fruit, then slice the remaining strawberries
-after the cake has finished cooling take it out of the pan and slice into 3 even layers
-take the bottom layer(which was the top)and place it on a large plate
-top that layer with 1/3 of your coolwhip mixture and spred leting some of the coolwhip touch the edges
-add the strawberries and blueberries on the top of the coolwhip mix on the cake
-place the next layer on top of the fruit and coolwhip
-contine this until you get to the top layer
-put the remaining coolwhip on the top of your cake, but DO NOT at the fruit just yet
-cut the 5 strawberries that you saved in half leaving the green at the top
-place a strawberry half one at a time with a blueberry inbetween each one until you finish the circle
