1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Key Lime Juice
1 8-9 in Graham Cracker Crust

Mix first three ingredients together in a mixer until smooth. Gradually stir in the Key Lime Juice. It will almost curdle the mixture. (That is the desired effect.) Pour mixture into Graham Cracker Crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping. (opt)
