Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

1 1/2 Cups Milk
3/4 Cups Chocolate Syrup
3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
3 Cups Heavy Cream Or 1/2 and 1/2
1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
1 Cup Chopped Chocolte Mint Candies

In medium bowl, use hand mixer on low to combine milk, chocolate syrup, and granulated sugar for 2 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and pepperment extract.

Pour mixture into ice cream machine for 20 minutes.

Put candies in and let mix for 5 more minutes.

Put in freezer safe tub and place in freezer.

Let ice cream sit out for about 10 minutes before serving.

Makes about 7 Cups
