3 Cups Bisquick
3 Eggs (separate)
1 ¾ Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1) Separate egg whites in to a bowl and save yolks. Whip yolks on low with electric mixer for 30 seconds and on high for 90 more seconds you want them to be nice and fluffy.
2) In large bowl mix Bisquick, egg yolks, milk, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3) Fold in egg whites.
4) Make waffles in waffle iron.
5) Let left over waffles cool, put in freezer safe bag and freeze.
6) To reheat put in microwave for about 20 seconds on each side and they are like the day you made them.
