Low Carb Recipe: Deviled Tofu

* bowl
* wooden spoon

Ingredients

* ½ pound tofu, crumbled
* 2 scallions or ¼ red onion, chopped
* 2-3 T mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise*
* 2 t Dijon mustard
* 1 t capers
* 2 t sweet relish
* ½ t curry powder
* salt
* pepper

Directions Mix everything together and serve.
Notes

*The low carb recipe calls for just 4 t of soy mayonnaise, but I think it's nicer with a bit more.
