Boondi (Deep fried Lentil) Raita

Ingredients
1 cup Boondi (deep fried lentil balls)
1-1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp cumin power
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or red chili flakes
salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish

Directions
1. Whisk the yogurt and water together to make a little liquid based yogurt
2. Add the cumin powder, cayenne pepper, salt to the yogurt
3. Add the boondi, coriander and mix.
4. Allow the complete mix for around 5-10 min so that the boondi absorbs the yogurt flavor
5. Serve cold.

Variation : Add small cubed cucumber for extra crunch.
For a sweet & Tarty taste, add pineapple
