Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Karo syrup
2 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 cups peanut butter
7 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 pound chocolate chips
1/2 pound M&M's plain (we use dark chocolate)

1. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, Karo, soda, vanilla
and peanut butter. Beat well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and
M&M's.
2. Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flash freeze
and store in freezer bags until ready to bake.
3. To bake: Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350-degrees for 10 -
12 minutes. Cool completely.
