Ranch cheeseburger quiche

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
2 T diced onion
2 1/2 cup cooked ground meat
3 T dry ranch dressing mix (I buy in bulk at Sam's club but I think my
measurement is about equal to 1 pkg)

LATER: one unbaked pie shell, optional

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add remaining and mix well. Pour into
gallon ziploc bag. Freeze.

THAW completely. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 35 -40 minutes
or until knife in center comes out clean but wet.

I have only made this without the crust as my family doesn't like
crusts! Works just fine but be sure to spray your dish first!
