2 cups bisquik
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup cinnamon chips
2/3 cups milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease or paperline 12 muffin cups
stir together the bisquik and sugar
Make a well in the dry ingredients
in a small bowl, stir together the oil, egg and milk
Pour into the well
Add the chips to the well
stir to moisten-batter should look lumpy
divide batter evenly into muffin cups
bake 15 to 18 minutes
cool slightly
