Strawberry fruit dip

1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
Assorted fresh fruit(to dip)

In a blender, combine the strawberries, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream untol stiff peaks form. Fold into strawberry mixture. Cover and let stand for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit.

Yield 1 1/2 cups
