Fettuccine Alfredo

8 oz. uncooked fettuccine
Alfredo sause (below)
chopped parsley

Cook fetuccine as directed on package.
While fetttuccine is cooking, prepare sause.

Drain fettuccine, pour sauce; toss until fettuccine is well coated. Sprinkle with parsley



Alfredo Sauce

1/2 c margarine or butter
1/2 c whipping (heavy) cream
3/4 c grated parmesian cheese
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper

heat margarine and whipping cream in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until margarine is melted. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
