chocolate donuts

2 eggs
1 c flour
1 1/4 c milk
5 tablespoons veg oil
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 c all purpose flour
4 tsp double acting baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts {optional}
2 squares meted unsweetened chocolate

beat eggs,slowly add sugar,stir in milk,
add oil,vanilla ,chocolate milture.
sift all dry ingriedents,together,
blend in egg mixture,add nuts,beat slowly,
for 30 sec or until batter is smooth.
if batter thickens add 2or4 tablespoons milk,
batter should pour easy.
bake approximately 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 min
makes 24 donuts.
