pureed mango dip

ingredients:
3 well ripe mango's
2 teaspoons of red pepper flake
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of water

directions:
Peel and remove pit from mango's then puree put in a small sauce pan. add the red pepper flake and sugar and water. Put on medium heat and let cook for 15-20 min stirring occasionally. wait till consistancy is thick like a gravy. let cool on counter DO NOT PUT IN REFRIGERATOR TO COOL it will spoil. When cooled place over the meat of your choice. this recipe also goes well on a salad with a little coconut.
