4-5 potatoes unpeeled
olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
Set the oven to 425 degrees. Cut the potatoes into 2 inch strips.
Put the olive and garlic into the pan and then add the potatoes.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot!
